He was patient, beyond helpful offering design suggestions and putting together an amazing gift for my friend, oh and some items for me too... all seamlessly over the phone and text! THANK YOU Chris, you are the best and can't wait for Xmas time to order some more amazing Jonathan Adler gifts with you (on the phone haha)!
