Lovesac

I have been a customer of Lovesac since 2018. We purchased a large Sactional sofa for our new shore house. Sactiknals were relatively new at the time, but we took a chance, and we have been exceedingly happy with every aspect of our sofa and especially the customer service. We just worked with Glen and Eliza at the Cumbus Ave store to design a Sactional for our UWS home. We went all out, including three newer features. Storage seats, StealthTech Harmon Kardon integral home theater system, and the brand new recliner. I have never had a sound system like this built in wonder. Watching TV and movies is better than going to AMC!! And who doesn't need hidden storage in Manhattan? The recliner is state of the art, and the quality and configurability of Lovesac Sactional is unparalleled, as far as I am concerned. No, I do not work for Lovesac! I am just a loyal and very happy repeat buyer, and I am euphoric as I am enjoying their incredible, innovative, and sustainable products. The entire team at this location was so helpful every step of the way. Glenn was outstanding and was a call or text away from answering all my questions. My experience w Lovesac company has been complicated , I have had a lot hiccups along the way both in the store and with the company after placing my order. However, one consistent aspect has been Josh’s exceptional service . Whenever things went wrong, he would promptly intervene, provide necessary corrections, and offer guidance to resolve potential problems. Josh’s communication skills are truly remarkable; I never had to follow up on my inquiries because he was always proactive. If it weren’t for Josh’s patience and understanding, I believe I would have returned my order by now. His ability to manage my impatience has been instrumental in my satisfaction. Thank you, Josh! Sofa seems nice. Opened & half assembled 26 boxes from Fedex 5 days ago but can’t enjoy without the actual covers?? Coming when they come??? Worst experience ever
