I first did some brick and mortar shopping and found THE most comfortable recliner, but it was way too expensive. I found the same chair at Emma Mason for $500 less! Greg was terrific to work with. He answered all of my questions regarding delivery, warranty, etc. I will check with him again before I ever buy more furniture! I’m told it will take 3 weeks to arrive, when it does, I’ll post more about the delivery process and the quality of the furniture.

I placed my order on 11/1 for a dresser. I was a bit turned off by the $250 delivery charge but I really wanted the piece so I went ahead with it. 20 days later they emailed me letting me know that it is going to be an additional hundred dollars to deliver to my home address, which was provided at the time I placed the order. I really wanted the piece so I paid it. I wasn’t sure the whole time if this place was a scam or not. The way they charged me that extra hundred after I already placed the order. It was very sketchy. They did provide good communication and my piece finally arrived on February 27 after 2 delivery delays. I guess I would order from them again. I rated a 3/5 because it just felt sketchy and a bit unprofessional half of the time.
