Mar 21, 2025 · Sittichok BoonmakI'm really unhappy with the sofa and pillows that we purchased. Not only was it months later than what we were told, but the quality is bad. We had a sofa from CB2 in the past that was really great, so we thought we would spend the money and get another one. Just a warning, if you're considering purchasing a sofa or pillows from CB2. There is no liner between the pillow/cushion and the fabric, so there are constantly down feathers poking out, which looks terrible and is really irritating on your skin. We had to buy liners for the $150 dollar pillows we bought to prevent this. Now we have to consider buying liners for the sofa cushion on a 3400$ couch. I don't recommend. In the store, the employee acted really put out about having to help us at all. Not a good experience all around.

He then proceeded to make the statement "I just don't understand why you didn't continue your return online since you started it there". I told him that it was none of his business why I didn't do that. His type of personality puts people on the defensive. Terrible customer service skills. Go back to training!! He acted as if he was doing me a favor. Will not be shopping here or at any CB2 store in the future due directly to this unprofessional, nasty employee.

I love CB2’s aesthetic and am happy with all of my purchases there, both in store and online. I went to pick up an order and Corinne was excellent - she helped me choose between a few products, return some of what I ordered, and place the purchase. She also repacked my bags to be more manageable and suggested a second entrance to help get out more easily. Great experience and location!
